Shareholders

Ibistic is a 100% privately owned company. The main shareholders in the company, who – according to the Danish Companies Act – own more than 5% of the equity capital, are:

• BBS-Data ApS (40%)
• LHN-Ejendomme ApS (40%)
• Aktieselskabet af 13/06 2006 (20%)
