Ibistic is represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Finland, England, Estonia and Lithuania, and we are continuing our internationalization, including setting up subsidiaries. Ibistic serves several international companies and this contributes to our internationalization and growth.

Ibistic has more than 100 customers using the company's solutions. The solutions comprise more than 1,000 accounts and several thousand daily users.

The company was originally based on the development of services and systems for the support of purchasing communities. Based on the company's success within this area, Ibistic launched a self-developed workflow, filing and reporting system for supplier invoices (IIS) in 2002.

From the beginning, Ibistic has attached the IIS to related services, and by means of sub-suppliers Ibistic has offered a total package including scanning and interpretation of paper invoices as well as receipt of electronic invoices. In this way, Ibistic's customers get a simple, but complete system based on simplicity, confidence, flexibility and security.

When Ibistic was established in Denmark, the company soon had an influx of customers from the public sector. Thus Ibistic's solutions have been adapted to the setup established by the Danish public sector with regard to OIOXML, Navision Stat and now best practice within procurement.

Ibistic is very successful both within the public sector and the private sector in Denmark, and during the past years Ibistic has successfully built up a customer base in Denmark and Norway. Ibistic is continuously met with new customer demands which ensure Ibistic's ongoing development. Consequently, Ibistic has doubled the size of its R&D Department and more than 20% of the company turnover is invested directly in the further development of existing products as well as the development of new products and services.

Ibistic is very experienced within project implementation - from requirement specification until the solution is in operation. In Denmark Ibistic has been the main supplier as well as the sub-supplier of electronic invoicing projects. Whether being the main supplier or the sub-supplier, Ibistic has typically been in charge of the project management, implementation and education related to the projects.

When serving the company's customers within the Danish public sector, Ibistic has cooperated with a number of larger Danish companies, including e.g. EDB Gruppen A/S (formerly named Total ERP), KMD A/S, WM-data, Civitas and Navicom.
Within the private sector Ibistic has cooperated with e.g. PricewaterhouseCoopers (Company Administration Services (CAS) Department) and Semler Services. This means that these partners market Ibistic's solutions as part of their total services. WM-data is a partner within scanning and VANS services for Ibistic's customers.
